Zach Ferres is the CEO at Coplex, a startup accelerator that helps non-coding, industry experts start successful tech companies. He is also a Founding Partner at Coplex Ventures. He started his first company when he was 15. At 16, he started BounceHost, a web hosting company in his hometown of Bellevue, Ohio.

In 2016, he had a portfolio venture, Pluto TV, hit a $100M+ valuation and he coordinated a management buyout to buy the company from the original founders. Since its inception, Coplex has helped start over 250 startup companies around the globe.
